Policies

Not accepting Health Insurance.

Services include: Heated table, hot towels and aromatherapy oils.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and fill out an intake form.

You will be charged 100% for No Shows and Last Minute cancellations.

If you arrive late, full payment still applies.

I understand things happen, so please allow at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Massage Packages, Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are Non-Refundable. Valid for one year.

Please note that the credit card information collected when you were making an appointment is solely for the purpose of securing your reservation and covering any potential no-show charges.

Form of payments: Credit Card, Cash are accepted.

Gratuity is not required, but greatly appreciated.

For Workplace Wellness, please email or call for further information.

For Home visits, clients must have their own massage table.

I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
